You’re WILFING with Wilf!

What Was I Looking For? If you were wilfing then you may or may not be disappointed to end up here? From one Wilf to another (that’s from Wilfrid to a Wilfer!), you could find a lot worse places to spend a short period of your internet life…

So, what is wilfing? Apparently, it’s short for What Was I Looking For?, a common problem amongst those who set off on a specific task on the internet and find themselves distracted by anything other than their original intention. It’s been suggested in a survey that wilfing is commonplace and up to 2 working days a month are lost through aimless browsing!

So, What Was I Looking For?

As you didn’t know what you were looking for and, as your wilfing has brought you here, please don’t consider it aimless…

Take a read of Where Angels Fear to Dream and let me know if you find what you were looking for!

And if you don’t like that then…

While this may not be where you intended to be but it will certainly keep you occupied while you think what you shouldn’t be doing next!

As I was wilfing about St Ives
I found a man with seven wives
Each wife had seven sacks
Each sack had seven cats
Each cat had seven kits
Kits, cats, sacks, wives
I never worked out how many were going to St Ives…
…still got no idea what I was looking for…
…and, didn’t get a lot of work done either!
